Starting down the Raritan Valley Line Union Station to Plainfield

With Newark Penn Station finished what better way to expand the system then uploading the first 8 stops on the Raritan Valley Line that I visited on two separate trips nearly a year apart. I find it one of the most interesting lines in the system, full of old station houses and two tracks remaining of what was once a four or six track railroad.

From Union Station (its just the name of the station) and farther, here is a major part of the Ex-Central Railroad of New Jersey still in passenger operation plus the two stops that were built after 1967 on the Lehigh Line, accessed via the Aldene Connection to remove trains from their Jersey City Terminal (via Elizabeth-Broad Street):

Enjoy!
