Cinnaminson is a River LINE station located on a double-tracked section of the line. This results in the station having a single island platform for two tracks to platform. This station is located in a relatively urban area with the ROW between two streets, River Road just north of the station and Bannard Street just south of the station. The station is located within a half-mile gap between grade-crossings for vehicles where lots of streets end in T-intersections. Train passengers can luckily get to both sides of the street.
At the southern end of the platform exits leads out to pedestrian grade-crossings across both tracks leading to sidewalks across River Road to the north. This exit is across from Harbour Blvd that ends at a T-intersection across from the platform exit. Harbour Blvd is the access point (with a sidewalk) into Cinnaminson Harbour (yes it uses the British English spelling), a large primarily townhome master planned community.
To the south, the grade-crossing leads leads to a sidewalk across Bannard Street. Bannard Street has a sidewalk between the track edge and the street along the platform. This sidewalk leads the length of the platform, getting extremely narrow by a small passenger pick-up and drop-off loop across from the northern end of the platform. At the northern end of the platform a grade-crossing leads across the southern, Trenton-bound track only into the station.
Across from this northern entrance, right at the T-intersection of Industrial Parkway and Bannard Street is the closer the station of two station parking lots. This first parking lot runs the length of the block from Bannard Street to Rowland Street with a single driveway having 83 parking spaces, right alongside Industrial Parkway. A block away from the station, starting at the NW corner of Industrial Highway and Rowland Street, is another 178 space station parking lot, running east-west along Rowland Street.
