Amaya Drive (La Mesa) has the standard two side platform configuration. The station has a single, standard 1980s brown brick shelter along the San Diego-bound platform and along this platform as well is a 236 space parking lot that leads out to Amaya Drive for all access as well as into a Hosing Development that surrounds the station's parking lot.
