Pepper Road is a station along a single-tracked portion of the line this single tracked section also includes McCormick Road. The station's single platform is located along the south side of Schilling Road, with trains curving across Shilling Road via a grade-crossing just (railway north) of the station onto a private ROW.
The single island platform has a fence restricting access to the sidewalk of Schilling Road. This means the platform can only be accessed at three entrances. Two entrances are just before the mini-high ADA platforms at each end of the platform. A final entrance is at the extreme western (railway south) end of the platform where a pedestrian grade-crossing leads across the track to ramp down into office parks (with large parking lots).
Passenger amenities are basic with a single 8 panes of glass wide now painted black shelter with a circular roof covering a bench and TVMs in the middle of the platform. This shelter is directly between where the normally single LRV long trains stop at each end of the platform since the platform can accommodate three car trains.
