People mingle, there is wi-fi here now on the L platform although L service is still suspended due to flooding because of Superstorm Sandy. There is minimal tape saying the platforms are closed

The L platform without any service after Superstorm Sandy yet, the Canarsie tubes are still be drained of flood water. The reason why the L platform is open post Superstorm Sandy, is because its the only connection between the IND and IRT ends of the station
