Mont Clare is a Milwakee West Line Station, skipped by the North Central Service. The stop has two low-level side platforms for the line which has 3 tracks here, the middle track bypassing the station. The platforms run between the grade-crossings of Sayre Avenue and Nordica Avenue, both of which the tracks cross at an angle running southeast to northwest. The station has no ticket office with a large brick shelter-style station house (all walls are glass) with a gabled roof on the Inbound platform, and a smaller brick shelter in the same style but with just a windscreen on the Outbound platform. ALong the outbound platform is the station's primary 76 space parking lot, stretching back to Medill Avenue, there are additional lots with 79 spaces to the northwest and 37 spaces southeast of the station.
