Warren Road is a Baltimore Light RailLink station with two side platforms for the two-track line. The main station access is via a Kiss and Ride loop along the edge of the stations 370 space lot. This pick-up and drop-off area is along the middle of the Southbound platform. The Maryland State Highway Authority District 4 office is on the side of the parking lot opposite the station platform, sharing the only exit driveway (this driveway is one of two station entrances) with the Park & Ride lot, the park and ride lot also contains an entrance only road close to the train platforms and Kiss & Ride along the platforms with all station access from Warren Road. The two entrances and one exit from the parking lot to and from Warren Road lack sidewalks.
There is luckily a secondary pedestrian entrance, connecting to the local sidewalk network and nearby office parks and industry via a 500 foot path that begins at the end of the Northbound platform and runs along the tracks to the Beaver Dam Road grade-crossing east (railway south) of the station.
Passenger amenities are a single 9 pane by 3 pane black bus shelter by the Kiss & Ride along the Southbound platform containing a bench on one side and Ticket Vending Machines on the opposite side. Pedestrian grade-crossings at each end of the platform, and a wider one in the middle of the platform by the shelter.
