Nassau Street Express·Jamaica Av Local<85 Street-Forest Pkwy
85 St-Forest Pkwy is another simple unrenovated Jamaica Line elevated station. It has two side platforms on the two track (with room for a third track) line. The station has the older corrugated metal windscreens.
One staircase leads down from each platform at their eastern ends, to a small station house between the tracks, with a staircase down from that to the NE and SE corners of Jamaica Avenue and 85 Street. Although the streetstair is at the extreme eastern end of the station, it appears that there has never been a secondary exit to Forest Parkaway at the western end of the station, even though this street is in the station's name.
