Covina & Baldwin Park

In this update, I have two stations in Eastern Los Angles county, that have seen ridership decreases since the Gold Line opened Phase 2A of the Foothill Extension about 3.5 miles north of these stations. Both of these stops have paid parking that costs more than parking at the much more frequent Gold Line stops, so this is unsurprising.
