Last January I went for a long 7 mile walk to get the northern 9 stations of the New Jersey Transit Pascack Valley Line. About two weeks ago (in the midst of my attempt to finish Chicago) I went on a (short by my long standards) — mile bike ride to get the southern four stations of the branch, getting between the southern two stations passing through Teterboro Airport would have been hell on foot (it was marginal on my bike) so I’m happy I chose that as my transportation. Two I visited back in 2006 and it was sad to visit one that had its depot burn down during the intervening time.
Here are the 5 southern stations (one I visited in January and didn’t write in my first upload):
- New Bridge Landing–(40 photos)
- Anderson St–(page rebuilt with 27 photos) – This Station burned down and is where I got my first photos of an ALP-45DP
- Essex St–(pages rebuilt with 30 photos)
- Teterboro–(22 photos)
- Wood-Ridge–(48 photos)
One NJT Branch done, about 7 to go! (Are Main/Bergen County or Morris & Essex Lines/Gladstone Branch one or two?)
