Happy Boxing Day! Happy Snowstorm (tomorrow I’ll probably go out and get some Subway in the Snow pictures)!
Yes I’m still planning to finish the West End Line soon but I was going through my archives and realized that I had gotten fairly close to releasing two of the original subway stations at the Southern Tip of Manhattan. Each station was renovated a bit in the 1970s, one has been restored (my sources say in 2006) back to an original look, the other still has orange tiles everywhere, I also took an ungodly amount of pictures trying to document every inch of each station.
Here the two along at the southern end of the Lexington Avenue Line (when it is actually running beneath Broadway):
