Well in this update I’m proud to announce that the Brighton Line is now in completion on the SubwayNut. These final two express stations both have interesting designs and unusual artwork, and far too many photos (both include now retired R40-Slants running on the B, their mainstay for quite a long time).
Enjoy these two stations that have almost 100 new photos:

Sheepshead Bay (39 photos of the station and 5 of artwork) |

Brighton Beach (37 photos of the station and 10 of artwork) |
I don’t know what’s next but I’m on block break until Monday with not too much to do, so expect some more updates this weekend (think West End or Sea Beach)!
Random Fact of the Day: Sheepshead is a fish!
Also: This weekend the Brighton Line is fully closed south of Prospect Park and replaced with everyone’s favorite, Buses!, This is in order to start major renovations on the line that will close a direction of Avenues H and M, and make the B-Line run local for the next 2 years! Aren’t Brighton Line riders happy, at least they’ll get some spanky new renovated stations! More information is here. For me I hope, like Brighton Beach and Sheepshead Bay each gets some rather interesting artwork! Can’t wait to return to the Brighton Line in two years and see what’s changed (all probably ride it before than two, to photograph it under-construction, particularly the temporary platforms that are going to be used so trains on the express tracks can stop at Avenue J)
