Upload: Beverley Rd and Cortelyou Rd-two unusal close twin subway stations

Here the two sister stops: Beverley Road (25 photos of the station and 8 of artwork), Cortelyou Road (17 photos of the station and 3 of artwork)

In this update I present what are two subway stations of the New York City Subway whose platforms so close to each other, that one train hasn’t finished leaving one station before it enters the other. Each stop also still as a nicely restored small 1907 era station house, and some of the most narrow platforms of the entire subway system.
Here the two sister BMT Brighton Line Local Stops:

Beverley Avenue Beverley Road (25 photos of the station and 8 of artwork)
Cortelyou Parkway Cortelyou Road (17 photos of the station and 3 of artwork)

Enjoy!

NOTE: I do realize that for the forseeable future (like the next couple of years) the B train will be running local because of major construction on that line (I do realize that I did extended the G to Church Avenue, also a supposive temporary service change), I did consider making the Brighton Line completely local but decided that for what will probably just be a temperary service change that was just too combursom to re-make (I’ve already made all of the graphics for the Brighton Line), the graphics once the B starts running express again. I also can’t seem to tell if the MTA’s planning to update theMap with this quite perminant service change. The current one on their website dated September 2009 hasn’t been.

Also, I’ll probably have a chance to get the Brighton Line done by this weekend! (but as always no promises)
