Beverly/Edgewater Park is a River LINE station located on a short single-track section of the line. The station consists of a single side platform along the north side of the track, nestled between the track and parallel Railroad Avenue. This platform begins with a gradual entrance ramp up from the grade-crossing of Cooper Street at its southwestern end. There is a second entrance up at its eastern end to some ADA angled parking spaces that are just off of Railroad Avenue, leading to Elizabeth Street and Walton Avenue that end in T-intersections across Railroad Avenue from the Rail Line.
The station has a single 201 space parking lot located across Copper Street and just across the railroad track from the station platform. Vehicle access to this parking lot is entirely from two driveways on its southern side via Blyler Lane.
The station has a set of decommissioned grade-crossing and signaling equipment (with a sign on some of the boxes saying Not in Use, Display Items only) in the station’s parking lot, as part of an exhibit of old grade-crossing equipment at various River Line stations.
