Tuality Hospital/SE 8th Ave has a single island platform in the middle with the tracks on the northside of Washington Street. The theme of the station is 'light, hope, and healling to connect the staiton with the nearby hospital (Artwork on Tri-Met Blue Line). The tracks extend east with one entrance from the intersection of SE 7th Avenue and end with a pedestrian crossing only to the south sidewalk a short ways before the intersection with 8th Avenue. Amenities on the platform are two canopies with green roofs and pillars twards each end inside each is a bench with green a windscreened behind it. This is also where TVMs are. The glass inside the windscreen is stained with 'Quilt of Traditional Remedies' by Jane Kies. The tops of each shelter has a swallow by Miles Peeper and 300 bronze swallows line the platform floor.
