SE Bybee Blvd is the one fully grade-separated station on the Milwaukie Line and only one with an elevator. Station consists of a single island platform, directly next to (and fenced off from) the Union Pacific ROW that leads south to Oregon City and Eugene and is used by Amtrak Cascades Trains and the Coast Starlight. The station's island platform begins just after the Bybee Blvd bridge and runs north. The platform's exits are to both sides of Bybee Blvd. Each exit has an elevator and staircase. The southern exit entrance is accessed by a walkway between the tracks that passes an electrical substation and some bicycle racks before leading to it's lower landing. The staircases themselves are uncovered but on the street is a covered canopy area that serves customers waiting for bus 19 to stop on each side of Bybee Blvd and the station's TVMS.
The platform has two platform canopy structures with solar panels. The columns have mosaics depicting floral infusions, inspired by nearby Chrystal Springs as part of the Journey Through Time art installation at multiple stations. Additional artwork is with a multi-media installation Crystallization by Dana Lynn Louis. This installation consists of lights and etched glass in the elevator towers, including a decorative higher than needed roof of the north elevator, with more colorful stained glass. There are also projections on the platforms at night.
