Fair Complex/Airport is a large Park and Ride complex with 396 spaces and a tiny bus loop inside that serves only the 46 bus line. It also serves the Washington County Fair Complex so the station's theme is the pride of achievement (Source). The stop has an island platform and an additional side platform along the Hillsboro-bound platform with those trains opening their doors on both sides. The island platform has a middle canopied area with a green gabled roof and two separated wind-screened benches each facing opposite sides of the platform. This glass is frosted with 'tree rooms,' prints of trees on the sides. There is an additional pathway to the end of NE 37th Avenue to serve a nearby suburban community. The additional side platform is along the parking lot and has a large sculpture (with growing ivy) in the shape of a trophy.
