Delta Park/Vanport Transit Center station is located on a private ROW with two side platforms each with two of the Expo Line's red steel canopies and are connected with grade crossings at either end. Along the west, southbound platform is a small 117 space Park and Ride lot located directly alongside the MAX platforms between it and Expo Road. 175 space Weekday overflow parking is provided nearby in the Portland International Raceway parking lots. There is also a staircase that goes south of the station down to Victory Blvd. The busway, since the station is a transit center, is along the Northbound platform and is a small roadway directly off of off-ramps from I-5. All the bus connections are 4 C-Tran Routes to Vancouver, WA that run north on I-5 across the Columbia River.
