Cleveland Avenue is the terminus of the East MAX and consists of a single island platform a bit east of Cleveland Avenue's grade crossing. In the area between the grade crossing and platform trains switch tracks to relay although the tracks continue a bit beyond the single platform to bumper blocks along a fenced off storage yard with some spare track inside. The single platform has three green canopies one with a bench surrounded by glass. The eastern end of the platform has a brick non-public building. The station primarily serves a 392 space park & ride lot north of the platform accessed via grade crossings at either end. A path leads from the south grade crossing to local streets and NE Liberty Avenue.
