The installation is named after Jan Peck's the area's first European Resident and the origins of the name Peekskille. Various green vines, with red flours wrap there way around the entrance staircase to the southbound platform, the windscreens of the northbound platform and smaller vine configurations spell out Peekskill above the canopies that cover each elevator up to the station's overpass
