As soon as I read the title of this artwork all I could think of was Robert Moses and how much "urban renewal" harmed the neighborhoods of the Bronx, destroying urban fabric with expressways and housing projects. This piece kind of shows that with abstract images of buildings not fully in one piece and nature overtaking the buildings.
