There are 4 sets of 5 glass blocks by each of the station exit staircases. These show people in what feels like a comic book style (no speach bubbles) getting off a subway train and waking to the to the beach, walking along the boardwalk (the Rockaway boardwalk is the longest one in New York City), and enjoying time in the water with city buildings behind.
