It consists of two panels of mosaics one along one of the entrance walls two and the other along the walls between the public restrooms across from the Tunnel that leads to Times Square from 8 Avenue and all of the transfers there. As the title suggests it is depictions of lots of marbles floating along the walls, although the name could imply so many other meanings
