Healy is a Chicago Neighborhood Metra Station at Fullerton Avenue. The station's two platforms begin directly north of the Metra Rail Bridge over Fullerton Avenue. All access to the station is from the north sidewalk of Fullerton Avenue. The outbound platform has an exposed staircase. The inbound platform has a ramp that switchbacks once (where a mini-staircase provides more direct platform access) inside an enclosed by windscreens with a roof covered area. A pedestrian grade crossing in the middle of station provides ADA access to the outbound platform. Each platform also has a small brick painted white waiting shelter (the Inbound's is an extension of the wheelchair ramp building) with a gabled, shingled roof. The Inbound platform has two benches, the outbound two leaning post-type benches.
