Lockheed Martin is the first stop on the Mountain View Line where the line leaves median running controlled by traffic lights and enters a private ROW with grade crossings that include crossing gates. The station has a single island platform for the two-track line with two green canopy structures. The platform is just south (the Winchester-bound end) of the grade crossing with 5th Avenue and Mathilda Avenue runs along the east side of the tracks. Access through isn't from this grade crossing and is instead via pedestrian crossings just beyond the grade crossing that provides access to the sidewalk of Mathilda Avenue and a bus loop with bike boxes and three shelters just west of the station that is off of 5th Avenue. There is an additional pedestrian crossing at the southern end of the platform.
