West Valley Central is the terminus of West Valley TRAX extension and the green line that opened on August 7, 2011. The station is located at the West Valley City Intermodal Hub on a private ROW just after trains curve out of the median of Constitution Blvd. The station has two side platforms with no fence between them. Trains use a cross-over switch to relay in the middle of Constitution Blvd before entering the station so passengers must look for the track of their train. Lacking a fence between the low-level platforms makes switching between the platforms relatively easy. The tracks curve south again beyond the station, around the bus loop located just south of the platform, alongside West Valley City Hall, with tail tracks to possibly store two LRVs. These curve to be along a small bus loop. The northern platform is along extremely narrow W 3590 S (and the stop for the one MAX BRT route on 35000 south) is along here. The two platforms each have two shelter structures with teal roofs and glass windscreens beyond benches with images of flowers etched into them for the station's minimal artwork.
