South Jordan Parkway is the northern station designed to become surrounded by the Daybreak development, a sustainable development and community. Today though it is simply serves a construction site and temporary looking concrete pathway with modern lampposts to a park-n-ride lot. The station is a rarity on TRAX with two side platforms, with a fence in between them and pedestrian grade crossings to connect them at either end. The platforms each have two modern shelters on them. These each have a TVM, a bench behind a glass wall and white decorative slats on either end of of these shelters. The walkway to leave the station is from the southern crossing and goes east. There are also little decorative colorful silver bird like structures on top of posts that are artwork for the station.
