Central Pointe is the diversion point where south of the station the Green Line diverges from the main line on its branch into West Valley City. It is a standard TRAX station located on it's private ROW. The station has a single island platform with two canopies, with entrances at each end to the decently sized park & ride lot and bus loop to one west of the tracks. It is the most northern station with with blue shelters instead of black shelters found in every station within the municipality of Salt Lake City. It is located in South Salt Lake. There are some big box stores that share the parking lot.
