W 8531 S. 2700 W. has an island platform for the two track line just west of the grade crossing with S 2700 W and just north of Sugar Factory Road that is parallel to the tracks. Access to the station is via a very short sidewalk just north of the tracks or the access road along the northern edge of the bus loop north of the station platform that then leads to a parking lot. The platform is the usual island platform design with brick arches holding up to red shelters, one at either end. Access is via a grade crossing at either end to the north, one to the parking lot and one to S 2700 W with the bus loop smack in between these.
