A Redbird Ramble MOD Trip (21 December, 2003)
The trip was six recently retired redbirds running a farewell trip. All 6 cars were R-33 World's Fair singles.
SMEE on the 7 The 40th Anniversary of the World's Fair and its Subway Cars: SMEE in revenue service on the 7 (18 June, 2004)
The SMEE IRT Museum Fleet ran in revenue service on the 7 World's Fair Line. It was the 40th Anniversary of the 1964 World's Fair in witch brand new rolling stock with larger windows were purchased.
R-9 Reopening day! IND Opening Day Re-enactment: R1-9 in Revenue Service on the A (21-22 August, 2004)
The Museum fleet of original R-1-9 IND cars ran in revenue service on most of the route of IND opening days.

The Museum fleet of original R-1-9 IND cars ran in revenue service between 2 Avenue and Queens Blvd, it was the first time the R1-9 ran in revenue service in the 63 Street tunnel

Metro-North hosted its annual free open house in its shops up along the Hudson
To The Yards To The Yards MOD Trip (6 November, 2004)
The trip consisted of the R1-9 IND cars up to the 207 Street Shops where there was lunch and rides on the BU Gate Cars. The ended early with the broken Low-Vs.
R9s on Broadway
R-9s on Broadway (December, 2004)
In honor of the Subway Centennial, the 6 Museum R1-9 cars ran in revenue service on the Broadway Line every weekend between Thanksgiving and Christmas. The trains ran Local between 57th St. and Whitehall St.

In honor of the Subway Centennial, 10 SMEE cars ran in revenue service on the 2 between East 180 Street and Times Square
