Price-101/Apache Blvd is a standard median light rail station in Tempe. The platform is located in the middle of Apache Blvd just west of the streets interchange with the Loop-101 Freeway. The stop has the standard three canopy structures for an island platform. The stop has just one entrance at its western end leading to the eastern crosswalk of an intersection signed Park and Ride, which is the stops park and ride lot, and just south of the station's platform. Price Road is the next real street west and the service road (frontage road, don't know the terminology in Arizona) of the Loop-101 Freeway|
Public Art Program: Division and Reconnection is another collaborative project, by Benson Shaw: Merge, Dan Carson: Ciphered Louvers, Christine Bourdettte, see here for more info. It consists of mosaics in the platform floors, statues in the walls of the canopy structures, and little lights along the sides of the canopy structures for nighttime visual effects.
