3 St/Washington is a sidewalk light rail station in downtown Phoenix that serves Westbound/Northbound trains. The stop consists of a platform alongside the sidewalk of Washington Street between 2nd St and 3rd St. The station is alongside Symphony Hall and across from the Convention Center. The platform has a single main canopied area basically in the middle of the sidewalk. There is not an obvious fare paid area along the platform.
Public Art Program: Cliff Garteny, it consists of a tall mental sculpture.
