Gresham City Hall is a station with two side platforms located on a private ROW of the Blue Line, located just west of the fully gated grade-crossing with Eastman Parkway. The Cleveland Avenue-bound platform is just north of a 305 space Park & Ride lot. The northern City Center-bound platform has one substantial large turquoise canopy for waiting passengers with a large brick windscreen behind the benches. There is also an additional bench-less one on that platform plus one on the Cleveland-Avenue bound platforms. Most access to the station is from the south (plus the street grade crossing) and an additional grade crossing at the opposite end of the platform provides additional easy access.
