125th Street is the located in northern Manhattan along the main line from Grand Central, all but some peak trains stop here. The station is on the Park Avenue Viaduct and has 2 platforms for all of the four tracks. The historic station waiting area has been restored located underneath the station at street level. It also encludes a ticket office and TVMs. The fare is the same as to Grand Central, so people will often simply buy a ticket to Grand Central and get off at 125th Street, which is a ten minute ride to Grand Central.
