45th Street is a HBLR station in Bayonne along the Morris Canal Bed. It is an island platform located below ground level, right along the highway that is NJ-440/169. The station is accessed via a small plaza at the corner of Center Street (that crosses the tracks on an overpass) and Avenue E in a residential neighborhood of Bayonne. There is both a short staircase and an elevator down to a grade crossing at the southern end of the island platform.
