Fair Oaks is the western most stop located in the median of Tasman Drive. The station is located just west of the intersection of Fair Oaks Avenue and Tasman Drive. It has a single island platform that is legally accessed from this intersection only. The entrance to the station is by a walkway between the tracks that is longer than normal to let the tracks gradually finish the curve of the tracks curving off of Fair Oaks Avenue. The platform doesn't start here to avoid putting the station on any part of a curve. When the platform finally begins it has the normal two green canopy structures and an emergency exit at the other end of the platform.
