Lakewood Blvd/I-105 is a freeway median Green Line Station and is located beneath the overpass of Lakewood Blvd. The single island platform has two exits at either end up to each side of Lakewood Blvd, each has a staircase followed by an elevator (at the extreme ends of the platform). These lead up to the turnstiles at street level just before Lakewood Blvd's sidewalk and have green tiled walls and green canopies. The stop has two park & ride lots with 545 spaces in total. One is just SW of the station in the middle of a loop made by a freeway entrance ramp, the other is NE of the station and tucked just north of an on-ramp.

Artwork: Wall of (Un)Fame by Erika Rothenberg is a play on the walls of fame in LA, there are terra-cotta colored panels with 650 handprints, footprints and signatures scattered around the platform and entrances.
