Carabobo

Carabobo is on the terminus of the newest extension of Linea A. It opened on 22 December, 2008. It's kind of amazing to ride the old wooden cars originally from 1913 into such a modern station. The station itself has a similar design to Linea H. It has two side platforms in a fairly deep cavern, with fare control on a mezzanine level, with no sturctural columns within the station. The station has one set of exits in the middle of the station which in turn lead to two seperate banks of turnstiles and down to staircases to each platform. A free directional transfer is avalible at each end of the station.
